What Launch Canadian Business Books is

Launch Canadian Business Books is bookkeeping software for Ontario sole proprietors. It helps you organize records, send simple invoices and prepare information for your accountant. It is not a tax return, not tax, legal or accounting advice, and not a substitute for a professional. It doesn’t file anything with the CRA, isn’t approved by the CRA, and doesn’t connect to your bank or process payments.

Your responsibilities

Check what you enter and import. Reports are only as accurate as the records and opening balances behind them.
Review GST/HST worksheets, small-supplier notices and flagged items with a qualified professional before filing.
Keep your records for as long as the law requires. Export them before deleting your account.
Keep your password private. Only add personal information about customers that you’re allowed to collect.

Price and trial

The proposed price is $9.00 CAD per month or $90.00 CAD per year after a 14-day free trial. [Describe billing, taxes on the subscription, renewals and refunds once billing is set up. Until then: billing isn’t configured and nothing is charged.]

Your records

You own your records. You can export them at any time, including during a trial and after cancelling. We don’t hold access to your records hostage to payment.
